Second day in Perth, Australia.Its a really nice place to be if you have
1. Correct company
2. Money
I do have one of them~ =) Thank God.
Its not very good to be or feel like a second class citizen here... Gives me the creeps. It like anytime someone will find that his ball are itchy and needs you to scrath it for him. Or rather prepare to catch flying eggs anytime anywhere. =/ I dont mind catching eggs actually. My home is in need of food.
Well I didnt blog properly erm just now at the cyber cafe.
Just want to say: Im fine over here, there is a very pretty cook to prepare meals for me in the house. I am eating well everyday, Weather here is not too cold, still can take it. Second day here only so nothing much to say la. Been to a few malls trying to get my neccessities today, oh the malls here are abit crappy, first of all, everything from head to toe is expensive. =( Malls open after 11am and not all the stores will be opened on sundays as it is their family day. The clothes here are nice, better then singapore, especially the caps, and shoes, and jackets, and everything. The people here are talented, they play weird instruments on the streets, nice music, i love them eh. Wish i had the luxury of time and money to sit there have a cuppa and just enjoy the "jiayin life". The transport here in Perth is still considered okay. There are trains (our MRT) coming in like every ten to fifteen minutes, it just abit expensive. The buses have 20 minute timings so we must catch the buses early. I didnt bring my camera out today so i couldent snap any pictures. Oh i wanted to watch the dark knight but its 12AUD here bout 16SG. GOSH right?! Damn. I'll Download it. Yup so its ok la, there are stores here that sells things that we eat, groceries here are sold in large proportions that last a long time. So, don't worry everybody, esp PA MA.
Tomorrow is orientation i got to sleep early to be able to wake up early. Tata.

My school beautiful. It has this old ancient manificent feeling. My first time there and i fell in love with it. Today is like some information overloading day for us international students. There is really people from all around the world. Russia, india, people from hongkong, malaysia, singapore, cant name them all. There are lots of us that came from singapore. Havent met the aussie students, I wonder how would they treat us. Hmm from all the horrible stories i have heard, i hope they are just rumours. Hmm I made some international friends today. I think they are all wonderful people, hope they will still be when the semester starts :/. Kindof stressed up when a year two student (very chio er Thai Mixed Uk) talked about how the curriculum is, but i saw their work, good but i think i can do the same thing too. I think I can pass la.
Oh, there is this "jiayin" I think her name is Debbie or something, she totally is like no nerve one. She toppled over a drink and she like didnt know. o.o Then the whole table is like taking all the serveits to suck up the water while she just walk away and find her toilet. (She was going to the toilet when she toppled the drink). Power.
Hmm.. I am starting to think of wad to cook everyday too cos i think its unfair for the pretty chef to cook like everyday for me. At least i can do the rice or something.. I think the things I can cook is like er those edible ones are, Egg sandwich, er maggie mee cup noodle style, er fried rice i guess i havent been cooking this for a long time.. spaghetti i should be able, er i dono wad else, I mean i am able to use my logic to whip up something nice but i just have to try..
So yah. Thanks for whipping up meals like every evening for me pretty chef.
Updates: Hey everyone, erm yah, im still alive and er i got a aussie card already but it seems kindof crappy and i didnt have time to activate it. We are trying to apply internet service here and it seems like it WILL take along time for them to actually fix it. So ah. wait for a month or so. Have been wearing this Tee for like 3 days in a row.. So you know how nice is the weather here, no sweat.

Rainy Weather

Yeahs finally got my student card and smart card. The U dub's system is actually quite alike TP's one. Its just a little more expensive and complicated. The reason is because the people here stops work on time, which is 5pm. Then the timings are all like very early. Think about this, they work slow, they work less, they play more, they get paid more, how good is that.So, the school timing is not like TP, its more of a like er i don't know just very short. The student card is used for everything under the big sun in school, like a cash card, or access card and stuff. The smart card is actually our EZ Link card. It freaking expensive to take transport here.
**I figured out that the things i say dont really link but well, wadever.
I didn't have time to blog yesterday because i came home late.. reason being me and pretty cook went to meet some of the U Dub asians. Its pretty cool to meet so many people from different faculties coming together there were like more then twenty of them gathering at a Gelare Cafe eating Ice-cream. No its not an illegal gathering if that what you are thinking right now. =/ Its like a church mates gathering, these people, are all church mates. There is this church service in U Dub and they all get together to have fun. They provided free transport to their meeting places, they talk and joke, eat and just hang around to be happy and make people feel happy and comfortable, especially people like me and pretty cook who felt so isolated in this silent hill like place. Well, we are going to meet those guys again later! So looking forward. Don't worry i won't forget you guys in Singapore eh, I just wish you were all here with me and we could all do this together.

Niways, today was a short day in school we just had to get the accounts going. It was raining when we went to Coles. Coles is our NTUC. Hmm things there are not any cheaper, especially imported stuffs like Milo or even bean sprouts. Incredibly the Daogey (which i freaking loves) here is $1.35 for a small small packet, a few grams, maybe milligrams. That could buy me a whole tub of Daogey (which i really really freaking loves) in Singapore. The only think i found which was ALOT cheaper then in SG is this...
Yes.. An we explored the streets a little more..
Haiz.I now miss unlimited internet, I actually misses Starhub. o.O \/ Okay and i miss kopitiam. Salted fish friend rice, fried oyster and er mc nuggets, soggy fries, er I dono so many to name. I guess i will become alot healthier here. =)

My room is in a bloody mess now... Simply because i now became adapted to my house and i spend less time at home now. I just come home, cold and tired, and dump everything on my hands either on the table or the bed, or floor and bam! Sleep. Today was a free day for us, so we went shopping at harbour town. Took a few pictures along the way.

Now im gona teach you how to save money.
Basically its a very simple technic.
Save while you spend!
When you spend, only spend notes.
Save all the coins, though they are bulky and heavy.
This way for example if you buy a drink of 80cents,
you give a 2 dollar note you will save $1.20 worth of coins.
Even if you only save 10 cents also can. Everything counts.
Put all the coins in a jar, and soon you will wan to see the jar full.
Dont spend anything from the jar(preferably transparent).
See? in a few months time you will get this....
ANd now you can go PERTH AND FIND ME!
